Hi hi, fonulyn here! Since I'm tired and driveless, I stole a meme from Larky and thought I'd post it here instead of my personal journal since it's about writing. So it fits? Kinda. Anyhow! Here's how it works:

I've read this fic not long ago (like your whole awesome archive) and I love it ! I really like stories where a member is jealous because of an american in one of their fest ♥



Like I've said, I read all your work (abt DeG) since two weeks and I really really like it, I didn't comment before, sorry >< So I let you know here what I think about your writing ^^ I wasn't so fond of Kaoru x Die, but after "Touched a Thousand Times" I wanted to read more and more and more and it become one of my favourite pairing in the end xD

So! First Touched a Thousand Times. I'm sure seinen_no could tell you a lot of different things than me (ahah maybe I should send her here too), but I'll just pick some random facts that come into mind :3 (ALSO this is the fic that got me listening to Piggy D and I totally love The Evacuation Plan)

1. so this fic was born from us watching Die be such a social butterfly during their overseas tours. it was so much fun to follow how he got along with everyone, but at the same time it was kind of frustrating too since it felt that he did nothing else but party with the foreigners, haha. originally we wanted to write some festival-interactions too and include the Americans but in the end, we felt we don't know enough of them do make it good so we begun straight from the jealousy issue.

2. Kaoru is somewhat a PMSing girl in the beginning of the fic but it comes from all the stress he's had to go through and the fact he's kind of reached the breaking point after all the years of suppressing his feelings. plus hey, he's the leader, he has to do tons of work and it's not like it's always easy! so even if he might seem a little OOC, I think the situation and the background explain it and make it plausible.

3. this might sound totally random but I kind of love our Toshiya in the fic. he's mentioned only like, in two sentences, haha. but he's one of those best friend characters who knows that the two guitarists have something going on, and wants them to finally get together and stop being idiots, but who doesn't feel like it's his place to intervene. when he sees them kissing, though, he's all "FINALLY YOU IDIOTS WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG GDI"

adnfjkig I'm so useless, haha, it's been so long.

And about Shotgun Wedding! :D I'm not gonna tell you much since I don't remember what's going to be revealed in the future chapters only. buuut;

1. personally, I love these hate-turns-love fics and thus this one was so nice to write. I'm still bummed we're not able to finish it right now :| BUT a glimpse to the future? they're going to make good friends who will give them a nudge to the right direction :D things'll get worse but that only means they have to get better eventually~

2. I hate Die's father in the fic. with a passion. he should die in fire. but he's so prejudiced and anti-gay because of personal reasons in the end. in his past, he's made bad experiences and his own father has also transferred him his own attitudes. so I kind of understand him, he's human, but I still hate him.

3. for some stupid reason I'm kind of in love with Die's character in this since he's so complex and full of things, in my mind. he's always been treated as the princess, kind of like his sister, and he's so deeply bothered by being labeled anything female that his temper can't take Kaoru mocking him for being the wife. it's like, he feels everyone wants to diminish his masculinity. I think that's the biggest thing troubling him overall. also he's not stupid, but his father, and others, often label him as such.
