Hi hi, fonulyn here! Since I'm tired and driveless, I stole a meme from Larky and thought I'd post it here instead of my personal journal since it's about writing. So it fits? Kinda. Anyhow! Here's how it works:

Give me a link to one of my fics, and I'll give you three details that didn't make it into the fic. Background canon, deleted scenes, or a look into the future. If you have a specific question you can ask it in your request, otherwise it'll be completely random.

Like I've said, I read all your work (abt DeG) since two weeks and I really really like it, I didn't comment before, sorry >< So I let you know here what I think about your writing ^^ I wasn't so fond of Kaoru x Die, but after "Touched a Thousand Times" I wanted to read more and more and more and it become one of my favourite pairing in the end xD

So! First Touched a Thousand Times. I'm sure seinen_no could tell you a lot of different things than me (ahah maybe I should send her here too), but I'll just pick some random facts that come into mind :3 (ALSO this is the fic that got me listening to Piggy D and I totally love The Evacuation Plan)

1. so this fic was born from us watching Die be such a social butterfly during their overseas tours. it was so much fun to follow how he got along with everyone, but at the same time it was kind of frustrating too since it felt that he did nothing else but party with the foreigners, haha. originally we wanted to write some festival-interactions too and include the Americans but in the end, we felt we don't know enough of them do make it good so we begun straight from the jealousy issue.

2. Kaoru is somewhat a PMSing girl in the beginning of the fic but it comes from all the stress he's had to go through and the fact he's kind of reached the breaking point after all the years of suppressing his feelings. plus hey, he's the leader, he has to do tons of work and it's not like it's always easy! so even if he might seem a little OOC, I think the situation and the background explain it and make it plausible.

3. this might sound totally random but I kind of love our Toshiya in the fic. he's mentioned only like, in two sentences, haha. but he's one of those best friend characters who knows that the two guitarists have something going on, and wants them to finally get together and stop being idiots, but who doesn't feel like it's his place to intervene. when he sees them kissing, though, he's all "FINALLY YOU IDIOTS WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG GDI"

adnfjkig I'm so useless, haha, it's been so long.

And about Shotgun Wedding! :D I'm not gonna tell you much since I don't remember what's going to be revealed in the future chapters only. buuut;

1. personally, I love these hate-turns-love fics and thus this one was so nice to write. I'm still bummed we're not able to finish it right now :| BUT a glimpse to the future? they're going to make good friends who will give them a nudge to the right direction :D things'll get worse but that only means they have to get better eventually~

2. I hate Die's father in the fic. with a passion. he should die in fire. but he's so prejudiced and anti-gay because of personal reasons in the end. in his past, he's made bad experiences and his own father has also transferred him his own attitudes. so I kind of understand him, he's human, but I still hate him.

3. for some stupid reason I'm kind of in love with Die's character in this since he's so complex and full of things, in my mind. he's always been treated as the princess, kind of like his sister, and he's so deeply bothered by being labeled anything female that his temper can't take Kaoru mocking him for being the wife. it's like, he feels everyone wants to diminish his masculinity. I think that's the biggest thing troubling him overall. also he's not stupid, but his father, and others, often label him as such.

don't worry I only got it once! :D and then to the random facts~

1. we actually didn't have a detailed background story for Kaoru and how and why he ended up where he is. there were several versions of it, and I'm not even sure what we mentioned in the fic since it's been so long I read it! but then we decided it's not that essential to the fic, so we can leave it as it is and not go into further detail with his past.

2. the outfits Kaoru wears in the fic are mainly actual stage outfits he's worn, with slight alterations :D it was one of the best parts in writing the fic, imagining how the establishment looks like and how the clothes are and so forth. Kaoru has this certain elegance to him too, which is why we decided it should be him who's the prostitute instead of the other way around.

3. I always end up feeling so much for Die ;_; maybe it's because he's the one I'm mainly in charge of writing, but I'm always living the happenings with him and crying like a waterfall when things go wrong. and aside from the lovestory (which I love) I am so fond of the friendship Toshiya and Die have. Toshiya is like the bestest of friend. so after the end of the fic, Kaoru will end up moving to live with them for a while, until Toshiya decides he'll kick the other two out for good. it'd be kind of interesting to write how Kaoru learns to work as a part of the regular society then, and how he and Die adapt to the regular life now, together.

MPREG VERSE. this is kind of hard since it's kind of an ongoing project and I can write little fluffy ficlets of it in the future too so deleted scenes kind of fit into them 8D BUT I GIVE YOU RANDOMNESS.

1. since hanchul is going to have a child now too, the kids will have a friend to play with and they'll so totally be best friends forever. there'll be countless playdates with the kids and they'll end up babysitting each other's kids more often than not \o/

2. I didn't name the new baby, right? the baby girl had a name originally but then I decided I don't need to mention it when she's there for such a short time only. also I kind of didn't like the name I picked originally :| I'll need to name her if I wanna write fics of their future as a family~

3. before the fic begins qmi have been together for quite long already. they bought the dog together, even, since they didn't exactly expect to have kids at all/so soon. so the kids are definitely an accident, lmao. though obviously very loved and cherished~

4. I planned to write actual smut in the sequel but then I deleted that too since I decided it doesn't need it and it's all about the fluff not the smut.

5. AS FOR THE FUTURE there'll be chaotic moments of taking care of three little sick children all at once, and traveling to meet their parents, and the first day of school for the twins (and eventually the baby too), kyuhyun trying to be patient and help the children with their math homework since not all of them are geniuses like he is, and kyuhyun being frustrated since he's too dumb to help the kids with their more artistic homework \o/ which is when zhou mi steps in. also when the girls will get old enough to date, there'll be two overly protective dads to look after them 8D

random details for you~ yes I can count to three lmao

1. I imagine the happenings before they got together were quite cliche, with the whole I-like-you-but-am-too-scared-to-say-it stuff and then something prodded them together. in my mind it's Taemin, who actually works out the courage to go to Key and tell him he's drooling after him (and ok much more but he obviously also wants to nail him) and the rest is history~

2. their friends don't know they're together. no one knows. except the two of them. which means they need to be super-careful and sneaky about it.

3. they got together around the lucifer era. thus Key is happy that Taemin has the long hair back~

4. ...if I'd write a sequel straight from where the fic ends, Taemin wouldn't even pull out before doing Key again.

5. now I kinda wanna write their get-together or their first time together or something :| then again, I did mention in the fic it was awkward at first and I'm not sure if I want to write awkward first time sex about them, haha.

I LOVE CLICHÉS <3 omg I can just imagine this, and Tae being all semi stalker-ish and admiring Key secretly and then at last giving a fuck and spilling the beans and Key being all surprised and skeptic at first but then Tae uses his talented tongue skills to convince him and then he's all, like, "omg I actually have been thinking about you, too, but I thought you might think it was wrong or something so I kept my hands off, but now lemme ravish you!!". Boom.

2. Sneaky. I LIKE. Secret glances and hidden groping and adrenalin and excitement! And it obviously fits with the opening of NTFT.

1. ahaha I laughed out loud at Taemin's talented tongue. I'll have to try figure out their whole cliche get-together so I can write it for real, maybe combined with the get-together smutttttt. I think I might have enough to scrape together a story out of it~

1. the story actually begun when I read this one science magazine and there was an article about bog mummies. (I also went to a museum with bog mummies!) I instantly wanted to write something but I knew it couldn't end happy in any way so my only option was to somehow include another lifetime, hence reincarnation! so the "220 AD Northern Europe" life is the first I planned. it was the second last I wrote, though.

2. Heechul wasn't supposed to be included in the fic at all but while I was planning/writing the different lives I realized I'd need something to tie them together. thus, heechul happened!

3. the flower boat life! I had a whole background for Kyuhyun. he's from a poor family and chose a career as a soldier to feed himself, even if he's not exactly the soldier-y type otherwise. in a way he's the one who doesn't get noticed much since he's not much of a show off or loud otherwise, but he's clever enough to stay alive and be somewhat good at what he does. after he meets Zhou Mi he gets back to his regular life and works as a soldier until he gets married and has a family years later, even though he can never really forget Zhou Mi.

4. the flower boats... they're floating brothels, although they did include some gambling and stuff like that. it came as a surprise to me that they apparently existed all the way until the 1900's! originally I read about them in Robert van Gulik's "The Chinese Lake Murders". I loved the idea of them essentially being a magical world within the real world. everything there was a big illusion. Zhou Mi works in one of the higher class boats, doesn't have to share a room with anyone and all. I didn't really have a real backstory for him (her?) since I knew he was going to be this mysterious character, in a way. I wanted to make Kyuhyun go back to Zhou Mi SO BADLY ;_; but I couldn't.

5. after the "1342 AD Europe" life, I wrote that Heechul collects the soul of Zhou Mi and their unborn child, but what I didn't mention is that they already had two children before that. so Kyuhyun ended up as a single father, taking care of two young kids. he probably remarried eventually but I didn't plan that far.

... I talk too much, haha.
