Initially we thought we’d make this when

rabenhorst reaches 100 friends, to celebrate the achievement, but now we came up with another idea for that so this fluently turned to our Christmas event ;)

So, as Christmas is coming, we’re offering you a unique chance to give requests of what kind of fics you would like to see. Although this is a Christmas-present for you guys, you might not get the fics exactly on Christmas; some will come earlier and some will be late. We simply can’t guarantee we have the time to finish everything by one set date, and therefore we kinda bend the term ‘Christmas’ to last a bit longer XD So try to see it as a Christmas / New Year's gift^^

The idea is simple. You tell us what you would want to see in a fic, as well as what you don’t want to see, and we do our best to come up with something to fulfill the request. Depending on how many people request we might combine the requests of two or three people, simply to keep the amount of work down to a manageable level. We will make sure though that everyone who requests gets something at least^^ Hopefully something enjoyable!

If you want, you can fill in the following form, just to give us some kind of idea what your wishes include. You can as well freely write in a comment what you want, so don’t bother with the form that much if you don’t wish to do so ;) It’s there merely to help you fill in some necessary info. Just let your mind flow. The more precise you are, the better we can imagine what you want^^
So, the form looks like following:

But! And there’s always a but, isn’t there? x) There are certain things we won’t/can’t write into the stories we do. Which would be the following:

- Shinya x anyone as a focused pairing. We’re sorry, but we simply aren’t capable of writing him in that sense. He’s a welcomed guest in cameo-appearances though.
- Kaoru x anyone else than Die. haha, this one you can blame on me, and I apologize. But the only allowed Kaoru-centric pairing will be KaoruxDie.
- graphic BDSM or S&M. The result would be horrendous so don’t even bother asking for that x)
- self-mutilation or self-harm of any sort. This can be done if a certain plot specifically needs it though.
- m-preg. The only exception would be a humour fic. But I wouldn’t necessarily count on it as we might have a slightly twisted sense of humour XD
- historical exactness. We're familiar with the history of Dir en grey, but we tend to ignore it partly when we're writing.

Also keep in mind that we’ll do only Dir en grey –pairings. Cameo appearances from other jrockers or so are totally fine if we’re familiar with the characters we’re supposed to use. Some crossover pairings might be manageable as well, so if you have one in mind just ask. But don’t trust on that, preferably ask only for Diru pairings.

If something isn’t clear, just go ahead and ask. Other than that, request away ;)

Well... hehe, seeing that they both seem stubborn, one can't really tell XD

I guess when it comes to choosing which one of them tops and which is bottom, I can only quote this one girl from dxk-comm. Kaoru tops because Die has such a nice long legs to wrap around him 8D

Stubborn and strong-minded but it doesn't necessarily mean dominant. But who knows, Kaoru's exterior might be mistaken and he's actually the one who gladly obeys. :P

Haha, yeah right. But then I'd say Die tops because he's friggin' obsessed with Kaoru's fine and sexy butt *___* ~~and I'm so not speaking MY mind here~~! Which means in the end: they have to switch whenever possible. No boring sexlife then. ^^

True x) Well, I won't argue with that. Maybe it's only that I heard that reasoning like every other minute at one point so it kinda begun to annoy me XD I don't know if it was bad luck or what, but something like a year ago I read like few dozen fics one after another and EACH AND EVERY ONE Kaoru was this dominant person who secretly wanted to obey in bed x) It got kinda tiring at one point. Buuuuuut I'm getting over it thank god XD

Ohgosh, Kaoru's butt truly is something to obsess over *_* But Die's ~~non-existent~~ one isn't bad either, you know ;) *coughs* I bet it's just what Kaoru wants 8D
So I come to the same conclusion! They have to switch often XD

Wah, really? Never even read one of those. Maybe that would cure the virus in my mind. oô XD But then, it's not really important anyway. As long as they stay in their characters. And one thing's for sure, that you do them honor by the way you make them act. I usually grow annoyed at one point in a fic when someone totally acts in one way and then suddenly switches as if they've grown another personality.

I know, I know ^^ Now you win. ~~Next thing I would've pointed out would've been Kaoru's adorable belly and that he needs to lie down. XD~~ *does another lame Kao joke* =D

I don't know, I guess I was just being extremely unlucky with my choice of fics to read at one point XD It was fine with the first fics, but then when I read the twentieth fic with Kaoru being übermacho and suddenly turning to a complete different thing when the bedroom door closes, I was beginning to see red understandably [is that even a word]. I don't know if I'm making any sense anymore... tell me if not.

Me neither cause it's no issue to argue about seriously. But I can quickly end up discussing things by pointing out stuff from all kinds of views and then it'll never end. *lol*
*coughs* I recently read something where at first Kaoru appeared totally in character and then he turned out to be a cry-baby and at last a beast in bed. Now I'm totally annoyed because it's not flowing, as if he's a schizo. XD My mind can't grasp that when it's too drastic.
So Kaoru in just NORMAL I like best where he can be everything but not too much. Now, do I make sense? I lost track of my mind. XD And I feel almost bad for only talking about him and not about Die. Hmmm~ *ponders* I know people who can't imagine him topping at all. Hehe, I dunno why though.

haha, I know how it is. And then at one point I might become simply totally stubborn, and then the discussion never ends because I can't stop before convincing everyone to agree with me. And that, unfortunately, rarely happens XD

That's the thing, as long as they're logical I can live with different characterizations. I can even live with a crybaby, not not with someone who turns from crybaby to a tough guy just randomly.

You mean you know people who can't imagine Die topping at all or Kao topping at all? heh, and I know the feeling, sometimes I feel bad because I only get stuck talking about one of them, when actually both deserve as much attention as possible XD

You'd better show me when you're done! I'm curious now XD haha, and KAO!BELLY is just something people should worship ;) I would pay a lot to get to touch it.

People who can't imagine Die topping at all. -.- Pretty much everybody seems to be able to imagine Kao but Die... and I don't get it cause he seems pretty strong and not less of a strong-minded person. Though maybe he'd easier give in. XD

Now it's done. *points at icon* I suck making icons. I better go back to coding layouts. XD

Oh, weird, I don't think I met many people who can't imagine Die topping at all. Or well, I know one XD But I already convinced her that they're the best going both ways.
