Summary: Die and Toshiya are unemployed and penniless, even sharing a crappy apartment as best friends although they can barely even afford that one either. Across the street there's a luxurious whore-house, and the two have the brilliant idea that they'll try to get inside information about how things are in there to be able to write a book about it, to cure all their financial problems. Everything doesn't go as planned though, and Die is fascinated by one of the prostitutes like a moth by a flame.

Chapter 8: How Things Should Have Been Right From the Beginning
"Then I tell you what I want to do with that half an hour." The smile was still there as Kaoru slid a bit closer to him and softly put his hand under his chin, forcing him to look up. "I want to kiss you like I would've kissed you if we had been alone that day without a customer watching."
His voice carried a soft huskyness and without rethinking his decision or giving Die the chance to protest, he leaned in and connected their lips in a gentle kiss. It was chaste at first, just lips on lips, but only for a few seconds before Kaoru allowed his tongue to trace the other man's bottom lip, the softness he felt causing his heart to beat faster.
Die's heart practically stopped beating for a moment, his eyes falling shut on their own accord. Tentatively, almost shyly, he answered to the kiss, parting his lips slightly. When his heart started beating again, it was practically racing, as if trying to make its way out of his chest.
When he felt the other answer, Kaoru let go of his chin and wrapped his arm around his waist to pull him a bit closer. As their breaths were mixing, their naked chests touching, he felt his head spin and his own heart began to pound wildly in his chest. He had never been in love, but this feeling was so good, so new and pristine that it must be something close to that.
They only parted in the need for air, looking at each other with sparkling eyes and flushed cheeks. "And now answer my question. You just?" Kaoru demanded softly and linked his fingers behind the other's back as if to prevent him from running away.
Die had no intentions in running though and he even leaned a bit closer to the other man. "I just," he was a bit breathless, his voice somewhat raspy, "wanted to kiss you." A small chuckle accompanied the last words, and he tilted his head to ghost his lips over the other man's.
"See, wasn't that hard, was it?" Kaoru smiled but closed his eyes when he felt the soft lips his own. Increasing the pressure of his embrace, he brought Die even closer and engaged him in another open-mouthed kiss.
Instinctively the redhead brought his arms around Kaoru's neck, tilting his head to deepen the kiss more. There was this tingling feeling in his stomach and it wasn't because of nervousness this time, but because of what the kiss made course through him.
Slowly, Kaoru's hands were sliding down to the redhead's butt and then suddenly, he fell backwards, buried underneath the other man. The perfect touch of their skin along with the deep kiss caused sensations inside him he had never felt.
True longing for one special person. He wanted Die, didn't only want to share sweet kisses like this, but truly wanted him, needed his love, needed to feel it as if it was vital. Tentatively, he threw one leg over the other's, his foot running along Die's calve.
The sudden movement didn't seem to bother the redhead, as he only leaned close, trying to keep the kiss going. It almost felt like there was electricity in the air between them; at least Die could've sworn he saw some sparkles flying.
Finally, the realization hit him that this was what he had wanted to go through with the other man. Not a quick fuck in front of a man who paid for watching, but a peaceful intimate moment with Kaoru alone.
The moment was so intense, different from everything the purple-haired man had ever experienced before, that he feared his heart would burst his chest if it kept on racing like this.

Die's eyes widened slightly at the words and he tried to get out a coherent reply. His whole being was screaming 'yes', because there was nothing else he would've wanted more right then. A part of him was still nervous though, afraid that the other was doing this only because he had paid for the day.
Smiling slightly he nodded finally, swallowing to get in control of his own voice. "Only if you want to."
A relieved smile spread on the other's lips and he nodded slowly. "Thank you." A warm feeling filled him and he tilted his head, planting a line of small kisses along Die's jaw. "I promise I won't hurt you."
"I know you won't." Die smiled, tilting his head and sighing contently since he simply enjoyed the feeling of the other's lips on his skin. His hands were wandering along Kaoru's back, softly caressing every inch of skin he managed to reach.
Like absent-mindedly, Kaoru's fingertips were running down the other's sides, but when they reached his pants, he opened them with surprisingly focused movements and tugged at the fabric. Coevally, he slid down, his lips and tongue leaving a thin line of saliva behind.
The redhead's eyes had fallen shut, and he just focused on the pleasant feelings which were coursing through him. A part of him still couldn't believe this was happening. It almost felt too good to be true, and his heart was beating like it wanted to burst out of his chest.

Although still slightly nervous, Die couldn't help but to enjoy the moment whole heartedly. Every single touch was like burning on his skin, left invisible marks behind and coursed straight through his whole being. When his pants were gone, Kaoru sat up to undo his own.

He didn't say anything, just smiled at him with sparkling eyes while he reached for the nightstand, knowing exactly what he was looking for. This time, he wanted to make the other man see what it did to the mind and body, was determined to provide him as much pleasure as possible without regarding his own need for the time being.
It still felt weird to have something inside, but the redhead noticed that it wasn't feeling that bad at all, especially when his inner muscles were relaxing around the fingers. He hadn't forgotten about the sensations he had gone through the first time they had done this, but it still took him by surprise when suddenly a wave of pleasure hit him, making a surprised cry escape his lips.

Still, the other man stopped all his movements, gave his body time to relax completely. But when Kaoru felt him lift his hips, urge him to move, he didn't hesitate anymore and picked up a slow, gentle rhythm.

Something happened to Kaoru, something that had never happened before. He lost control over his own actions, forgot everything around him and only acted on instinct. "No," Die shook his head slightly, smiling at the other as he was looking at him with sparkling eyes. "Thank YOU." He was feeling so good that he didn't even remember if he had ever been so content in his life.

"Nope. I told you I trust you." Die had to laugh softly, his eyes sparkling as he circled his arms around the other's neck to pull him closer for another kiss.
For the time being, the purple-haired man only focused on the contact, on tasting the other. "I didn't lie when I told you that you could've had this for free," he breathed out after the kiss broke and then became more serious. "I've never met somebody quite like you before."
"I have never met anyone like you before either." The redhead spoke completely honest, straight from the bottom of his heart. "You're just special." Absent mindedly he had brought his hand up to touch the other's cheek softly.
The gesture caused heat to shoot up into Kaoru's cheeks and he closed his eyes, the smile still there. "Thank you. This day has been the best of my life."
Suddenly, he looked up, over the other's shoulder and searched for the clock with his gaze. "And technically, my day's over." With a wide grin appearing on his lips, he continued. "Since you gave me this special day, I want to give you my free day. We do whatever you want."
"Well, I have to think what I want then." Die chuckled, placing a row of small kisses on the other's jaw. "But it most definitely includes sleeping in late in this extremely comfy bed of yours."
"That's a good idea." Kaoru smiled, his eyes closed again. Blindly, he kissed the others face somewhere and worked his way to his lips, licking across them. "Anything else?"he asked lowly. Die's way to approach him without prejudices made it easy for him to drop the mask he usually wore and just be himself, for once enjoying that he was alive.
"Well, maybe a long bath...," the redhead drawled, obviously enjoying the moment. "Together of course."
"Of course!" The statement came with a firm nod. Kaoru enjoyed the moment to the fullest, and urged on teasingly. "What else?"
"We need to eat something good. But I would prefer staying inside for the day though..."
"That sounds good as well. You only have the most clever ideas." Kaoru grinned, rewarding the redhead with another kiss. "And what about now. Are you tired?"
"A bit," Die admitted honestly. He was somewhat tired, but on the other hand completely awake. "But maybe not tired enough to sleep."
"So maybe you should get off me and I see what I can do for you." The other suggested chuckling.
"What if I don't want to get off you?" The question was accompanied with a totally innocent smile, and a set of eyes which were staring inquiringly.
"Then you stay." Kaoru grinned, shaking his head. "But let me tell you that it won't be pleasant once we break the connection later. Just that you don't start whining then."
"I won't." Die shook his head a bit, leaning forward until he was resting against the other man again. "But my legs are getting a bit numb..."
"You start already....," the purple-haired man remarked, but fastened his hold on the redhead and carefully pushed him backwards until he was resting on top of the other. Throughout this, he made sure not to break the connection between them though. It was somehow nice to still be this close even after both of them had climaxed together.
Contently, the redhead sighed, wrapping his arms around Kaoru, holding him close. Somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that they would have to get up eventually, would have to break the moment and go on with their daily routines. But it wasn't the time yet, and Die hoped with all his might it wouldn't even come soon.
Kaoru had put his head on the other man's chest and was listening to the steady heartbeat, drawing random patterns with his index-finger on the skin. "Did you sometimes dream you can fly?" he murmured, lost in thoughts. "If I were a bird, I'd fly away as far as I can."
"It would be cool. I'd definitely want to fly too." Die smiled, his voice soft. He couldn't help but to feel a bit bad for the other though, knowing how trapped he was in this life and the determination to help him just increased. "But you could never fly away from me." He winked and tilted his head, trying to catch a glance at Kaoru's eyes.
"I wished you were right." Kaoru whispered, lifted his head and planted a soft kiss on Die's lips. "It's not likely though, so there's no need to worry." The smile on his lips was sad though, because he feared the day when the other would leave him again once.
Die sensed it, but didn't say anything. He knew that whatever he promised now would never convince the other man completely. It wasn't the time for this kind of plight yet, but he smiled affectionately, initiating another gentle kiss.
It caused Kaoru's heart to skip a few beats and all the worries he might have had vanished to the background. After they parted, the impish smile was back as well. "So, is that all you're planning for the 24 hours I'm giving you? Sleeping, eating and taking a bath?"
"I was more just thinking going with the feeling." The answer came with a grin. "You know, just see what the day brings and do what you feel like."
"Actually, I don't really know, but that's okay." The purple haired man laughed freely and then got back in his former position. "But for now, I want to stay right where I am."
"Then we stay right here," the redhead promised instantly, closed his eyes and relaxed. "As long as we feel like it."
They did everything the redhead had predicted, slept in until they simply couldn't anymore, took a bath together, lying in each other's arms, ordered breakfast and lunch to the room and despite that, just enjoyed being able to love each other.
It was almost as if they were a normal couple that spent some quality time together, talking about nonsense, about dreams and hopes. But all too soon, the next evening came, and after it, in the early morning hours, the time when Die had to leave again because Kaoru expected another customer.
It was a strange feeling for both of them, the last moments they spent together. For long they just staid close to each other, not speaking a word and trying to sample the feelings for as long as they could.
Finally, Die forced himself to leave though, knowing that Kaoru would need a moment before the first customer appeared there. With the promise to be back later that day to check on him, he left, biting his lip hard when he closed the door behind himself.

He didn't say anything, just smiled at him with sparkling eyes while he reached for the nightstand, knowing exactly what he was looking for. Opening the tube of lubricant, he gently touched the other's thighs, made him spread his legs further to get more room.
Obediently Die parted his thighs for the other man, not even hesitating. There was something in Kaoru that made him trust him completely, and even the slight nervousness was vanishing to the background. It was to be seen in every soft touch they exchanged that this was something special, something new to both of them.
There were thoughts running through Kaoru's mind, thoughts he never had had before and when he gently pushed a lubricated finger into the redhead, he felt his heart almost stop beating for a moment and forgot how to breathe.
His movements were smooth and slow, so much unlike the first time when he had prepared the other. When he felt Die relax, his body openeing up and accepting the intrusion, he moved his fingers deeper, searching for that bundle of nerves he had touched only once the other night. This time, he wanted to make the other man see what it did to the mind and body, was determined to provide him as much pleasure as possible without regarding his own need for the time being.
It still felt weird to have something inside, but the redhead noticed that it wasn't feeling that bad at all, especially when his inner muscles were relaxing around the fingers. He hadn't forgotten about the sensations he had gone through the first time they had done this, but it still took him by surprise when suddenly a wave of pleasure hit him, making a surprised cry escape his lips.
Content with the reaction, Kaoru kept on stretching him, sweeping over his sweet-spot for some more time until his own body began to tremble in need. To him, it was new that someone just offered himself so willingly, gave everything he had without demanding anything in return.
After retreating his fingers, he crawled closer and placed his palms on the redhead's hips, lifting them a bit. Quickly, he planted another kiss on the thin line of hairs which grew on Die's lower stomach and then penetrated him gently.
A small cry of pain escaped Die when he was being stretched wider, his muscles spasming momentarily as a reaction to the intrusion. It hurt, but not nearly as much as he remembered, and it didn't take long when he was slowly beginning to relax again. There was something deliciously intense in the feeling, something that made him enjoy himself and want more of it.
Still, the other man stopped all his movements, gave his body time to relax completely. But when Kaoru felt him lift his hips, urge him to move, he didn't hesitate anymore and picked up a slow, gentle rhythm.
There was a smile forming on his lips as there were emotions in him which made him feel high, despite the pleasure which intoxicated his mind and body. Die's still virginal tightness was providing a certain pressure, the friction so intense that it made him groan in utter bliss.
A constant flow of soft moans and sighs was falling from the redhead's lips, every moment just adding up to the passion until something inside of him was hit again, making white flash in front of his eyes and his body arch instinctively, a strangled cry tearing its way from his throat.
Kaoru used the moment to wrap his arms around him, keeping him in the sitting position. He just wanted to have him near, wanted to be as close to him as possible. Slowly, his hands were roaming down the redhead's back until he had reached his buttocks. Grabbing them tightly, he lifted him up, aided by Die, and let him slide down again.
Kaoru's lips found their way to the other's neck again, his teeth scraping along the taut skin; gently at first until he suddenly bit down as a shockwave of pleasure caused his vision to blur and his mind to explode.
Die couldn't help but to whimper, the intensity of the sensations he was going through was something he had never experienced before, never even thought possible. And he was sure that the feelings were connected to Kaoru, that he was the only one who would be able to elict these kind of reactions from him. Grabbing the other's shoulders for support he tried to keep up the movement, wanting to feel all of him, to get everything possible.
Something happened to Kaoru, something that had never happened before. He lost control over his own actions, forgot everything around him and only acted on instinct. His eyelids fluttered and finally fell shut, a desperate groan escaping him when Die sat down forcefully, urged him as deep inside as possible. And something else happened. He felt himself near the edge without being able to hold back.
Throughout his years as a whore, he had learned to control himself, to wait and do as his customer wished, but with Die, there was something extra, something unpredictable which bereaved him of his senses. The pleasure which had spread all over his body, pierced every molecule with its burning sensations, began to melt down to a tiny spot, located somewhere in his stomach. Slowly, Kaoru released one of Die's hips and guided his hand between their damp bodies to his erection, instantly stroking him in time with their movements.
It resulted in another strangled scream escaping the redhead and he threw his head backwards, his whole consciousness just filled with pleasure for a while. He was holding on to the other's shoulders desperately, his knuckles turning white, as he needed something to anchor him to reality even somewhat. It was all futile though, because the pleasure was stronger than anything, drowning out everything else from his consciousness. He didn't know whether he wanted to beg for release, or to stay like this forever, sharing the intense moment together.
Subconsciously, Kaoru's lips were marking the other's skin wherever he could reach, kissing, nibbling, sucking, everything to taste him. In between, he tried to remind himself to imprint everything into his memory, to sample the pleasure of the moment for as long as possible.
He had no words for what was going on inside him, but he knew that he would want to have this, to feel this, forever till the rest of his life. And he also knew that it was connected to the redhead whose sounds caused forceful shudders down his spine, who was so deliciously lost in pleasure together with him. At one point, Kaoru couldn't tell anymore where he ended and the other began, as they seemed to have melted into one single being.
Die was totally lost in the feelings, not able to do anything but just sample the sensations, enjoy every single moment. The heat inside him was getting higher and higher until it felt like he wouldn't be able to take any more, but it just kept on adding up still. He almost thought that it would go on forever, that they would always stay like this, but then the climax struck him like lightning. He screamed, his whole being tensing forcefully when he released himself almost violently, the bliss washing away everything from his world.
At that moment, his muscles were clenching forcefully around Kaoru's hardness and when he sat down the final time and evoked such forceful flash of pleasure that the tiny spark of heat inside Kaoru's stomach exploded into a wall of fire that burned his insides, stars dancing before his closed eyes as he came deep inside the other man.
He still held onto the other tightly and pressed his forehead against Die's shoulder, panting harshly while his brains tried to process the feelings which were coursing through him unsuccessfully.
The redhead would've just collapsed if it hadn't been for the other's arms around him. He was still leaning heavily against the purple haired man, panting, just trying to fill his lungs with air. But there was still a smile on his lips, contentment filling him completely.
Slowly coming back to reality, Kaoru lifted his head and ran one hand through the other's red hair. He kissed his lips, smiling as well. "Thank you." The words held more than one might have thought at first, but he was truly grateful for being allowed to experience this together with Die, to make love to him instead of just having sex with some random customer.
"No," Die shook his head slightly, smiling at the other as he was looking at him with sparkling eyes. "Thank YOU." He was feeling so good that he didn't even remember if he had ever been so content in his life.
Kaoru's other hand found its way to Die's hair as well and wordlessly, he tilted his head to give him a deep, long kiss. He was feeling perfect, but didn't dare to allow the bliss to take over completely, knowing they had just bought themselves some time which would be over again soon.
The redhead on the other hand didn't waste a thought about the future, too content at this moment, enjoying the bliss together with the man he had grown addicted to. The kiss was sweet and long, robbing him of the rest of his breath, but he didn't mind about that either.
After they parted, Kaoru looked at him with sparkling eyes. "Didn't hurt much, did it?" He knew the answer already, or at least thought he knew, but still had to ask. This redhead was special, precious, and he didn't want to cause him any harm. Neither physically nor mentally.
"Nope. I told you I trust you." Die had to laugh softly, his eyes sparkling as he circled his arms around the other's neck to pull him closer for another kiss.
For the time being, the purple-haired man only focused on the contact, on tasting the other. "I didn't lie when I told you that you could've had this for free," he breathed out after the kiss broke and then became more serious. "I've never met somebody quite like you before."
"I have never met anyone like you before either." The redhead spoke completely honest, straight from the bottom of his heart. "You're just special." Absent mindedly he had brought his hand up to touch the other's cheek softly.
The gesture caused heat to shoot up into Kaoru's cheeks and he closed his eyes, the smile still there. "Thank you. This day has been the best of my life."
Suddenly, he looked up, over the other's shoulder and searched for the clock with his gaze. "And technically, my day's over." With a wide grin appearing on his lips, he continued. "Since you gave me this special day, I want to give you my free day. We do whatever you want."
"Well, I have to think what I want then." Die chuckled, placing a row of small kisses on the other's jaw. "But it most definitely includes sleeping in late in this extremely comfy bed of yours."
"That's a good idea." Kaoru smiled, his eyes closed again. Blindly, he kissed the others face somewhere and worked his way to his lips, licking across them. "Anything else?"he asked lowly. Die's way to approach him without prejudices made it easy for him to drop the mask he usually wore and just be himself, for once enjoying that he was alive.
"Well, maybe a long bath...," the redhead drawled, obviously enjoying the moment. "Together of course."
"Of course!" The statement came with a firm nod. Kaoru enjoyed the moment to the fullest, and urged on teasingly. "What else?"
"We need to eat something good. But I would prefer staying inside for the day though..."
"That sounds good as well. You only have the most clever ideas." Kaoru grinned, rewarding the redhead with another kiss. "And what about now. Are you tired?"
"A bit," Die admitted honestly. He was somewhat tired, but on the other hand completely awake. "But maybe not tired enough to sleep."
"So maybe you should get off me and I see what I can do for you." The other suggested chuckling.
"What if I don't want to get off you?" The question was accompanied with a totally innocent smile, and a set of eyes which were staring inquiringly.
"Then you stay." Kaoru grinned, shaking his head. "But let me tell you that it won't be pleasant once we break the connection later. Just that you don't start whining then."
"I won't." Die shook his head a bit, leaning forward until he was resting against the other man again. "But my legs are getting a bit numb..."
"You start already....," the purple-haired man remarked, but fastened his hold on the redhead and carefully pushed him backwards until he was resting on top of the other. Throughout this, he made sure not to break the connection between them though. It was somehow nice to still be this close even after both of them had climaxed together.
Contently, the redhead sighed, wrapping his arms around Kaoru, holding him close. Somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that they would have to get up eventually, would have to break the moment and go on with their daily routines. But it wasn't the time yet, and Die hoped with all his might it wouldn't even come soon.
Kaoru had put his head on the other man's chest and was listening to the steady heartbeat, drawing random patterns with his index-finger on the skin. "Did you sometimes dream you can fly?" he murmured, lost in thoughts. "If I were a bird, I'd fly away as far as I can."
"It would be cool. I'd definitely want to fly too." Die smiled, his voice soft. He couldn't help but to feel a bit bad for the other though, knowing how trapped he was in this life and the determination to help him just increased. "But you could never fly away from me." He winked and tilted his head, trying to catch a glance at Kaoru's eyes.
"I wished you were right." Kaoru whispered, lifted his head and planted a soft kiss on Die's lips. "It's not likely though, so there's no need to worry." The smile on his lips was sad though, because he feared the day when the other would leave him again once.
Die sensed it, but didn't say anything. He knew that whatever he promised now would never convince the other man completely. It wasn't the time for this kind of plight yet, but he smiled affectionately, initiating another gentle kiss.
It caused Kaoru's heart to skip a few beats and all the worries he might have had vanished to the background. After they parted, the impish smile was back as well. "So, is that all you're planning for the 24 hours I'm giving you? Sleeping, eating and taking a bath?"
"I was more just thinking going with the feeling." The answer came with a grin. "You know, just see what the day brings and do what you feel like."
"Actually, I don't really know, but that's okay." The purple haired man laughed freely and then got back in his former position. "But for now, I want to stay right where I am."
"Then we stay right here," the redhead promised instantly, closed his eyes and relaxed. "As long as we feel like it."
They did everything the redhead had predicted, slept in until they simply couldn't anymore, took a bath together, lying in each other's arms, ordered breakfast and lunch to the room and despite that, just enjoyed being able to love each other.
It was almost as if they were a normal couple that spent some quality time together, talking about nonsense, about dreams and hopes. But all too soon, the next evening came, and after it, in the early morning hours, the time when Die had to leave again because Kaoru expected another customer.
It was a strange feeling for both of them, the last moments they spent together. For long they just staid close to each other, not speaking a word and trying to sample the feelings for as long as they could.
Finally, Die forced himself to leave though, knowing that Kaoru would need a moment before the first customer appeared there. With the promise to be back later that day to check on him, he left, biting his lip hard when he closed the door behind himself.

This story is so wonderful. I love the plot and ideas behidn it, and I love the fact that you two are writing it. You're two of my favorites; I'm sure you know. <3
I adore the detail you attend to, and the plot is heart wrenching. Die's strength to let Kaoru alone, let those other men touch him, is amazing. If I had fallen that in love with someone, I don't think I'd be able to let him work there like that...but he knows their lives are at stake if Kaoru doesn't work. How tragic.

I love the sweetness of their relationship. How it's innocent, yet the situation is far from it... the characterization of Die and Kaoru is just wonderful. It makes me sad that it'll end in 2 more chapters.

Heh, you're right. We are awfully obsessed with Die and Kaoru so that we either leave out the others even or tend to forget them. Other than that, we usually believe that it's more believable to have only one gay couple within the band and not that all of them are kinda involved with each other. I read the story when it was posted, though, just didn't have the time to comment.
These two are just perfect together! So caring and loving and still totally into the feelings. Kaorus offer was nice and Dies suggestions for the day were just like Kaoru said,the most clever ones. Their version of a confession is just lovely. Even without saying those three words, they know. I loved that both wanted to stay close afterwards and that Kaoru was so caring towards Die.
The thing with the bath made me laugh. "Together of course."/ "Of course!" It was just cool. Haha^^
It was so heartbreaking when they talked about their want never to part and I felt sorry for Kaoru. Gods, I can't imagine how it will be for both of them from now on. And I can't tell for whome it will be more difficult. In Dies place I'd want to beat the shit out of everybody who gets even close to my precious one.
Now the troubles will begin, I guess.
I'm curious what Totchi and the others will say on the matter.(mainly Totchi, though) And I hope that I'm right, if I believe that all of them are going to help Die and Kaoru. The beans will be spilled at some time and the others get to know Kaorus story. Mmmmh...I'm craving for the next chap!:)
