The thin line between fate, coincidence and stupidity
Chapter 8

After this short encounter, Die was confined to his cell for long again without anybody showing up. The young man next to his cage lifted his head a bit when the door had closed and nodded. He was more pale than usual and there were fresh bitemarks visible on his neck. "Next time, they'll drain me," he spoke without expecting a reply.

Die felt pity for him and looked at him for a moment before questioning softly. "You been here for long?"

"I don't know." The other's English was laced with a heavy accent. "It feels like a lifetime. Besides," he leaned his head against the bars to Die's cell, "I'm glad when it's finally over. They took my blood and so much more than that. I can't go on any more."

"Where are you from?" The redhead thought it might be good to take the other's thoughts away from this place, to distract him with something else.

"France." Came the short answer and the guy smiled a bit wearily. "Ever been to Paris? It's beautiful."

"No, never been there." Die smiled. "But I've heard of it."

"Why don't they use you?" The young man asked suddenly and grabbed Die's arm. "There are no marks on you. Yet, you're warm and surely human."

"They're saving me. For a big party." The redhead smiled faintly, letting out a small sigh.

"Big party? I've been to feasts like that." The man nodded contemplatively. "Aren't you afraid? I'd die if I knew in advance. Those creatures might look like aristocrats but in reality they are nothing but savages."

"I am afraid." Die nodded honestly; there was no use in denying the truth. "But there's nothing I can do."

"There's been a lot of rumors amongst the vampires about you. You know the master's pet? Kaoru? He's the one who brought you here, right? If I were you, I'd fear him more than anybody else."

"Why's that?" Die sounded somewhat interested, not able to cover it.

"Because he's different and unpredictable." The man lifted his head, his gaze honest. "One day he'll be nice and you think he likes you, then next day he drains you or just ... hurts you otherwise."

"He's hurt you much, I guess?" Softly the redhead bit his lip, averting his gaze to the ground. He knew that Kaoru wasn't the person he had learned to know when it came to other people, but still it made him feel kind of weird to hear of the things he had done.

"I've been his favourite ... toy for some time." The man looked away as well, ashamed. "I've seen him use others too and judging by that, he's been kind to me."

"For some time? You mean the past few days or what?" Die sounded a bit confused. He didn't even know why he asked, but somehow had to know.

"Well," the other bit his lip, "this not really. Before he went away to his home-country, I've been his slave. But now, after his return, he seems to have lost interest in me. At least he hasn't called for me as often as usual."

"As often?" Somehow Die felt even a bit jealous, although he knew he should suppress feelings of that kind. He couldn't help it though, the conversation left him somehow nervous, somehow disturbed.

"Yes. Only three times since he's back and not at all within the last two days." The young man frowned a bit. "Why are you asking? Didn't you know he likes human guys?"

"I did. It's not like he didn't touch me at all on our way here." The redhead admitted honestly, but didn't feel like saying much more about their trip. "I guess I just want to know more about him. He just appeared at my home suddenly, took me away from my life and I know nothing of him." He decided half of the truth would be enough.

"I don't know a lot about him either. Only that he likes toying with his prey like a cat with a mouse." The other blinked innocently. "He's one of them. Never forget that."

"I won't." Die smiled a bit sadly. "So you're saying he's one of the worst?" He didn't know why he tortured himself like this, wanted to know more although he knew it'd only hurt to hear it.

"He's high-ranked, being the head-vampire's pet," the man retorted toneless. "And he likes to use this for his own advantage. I mean that he can do whatever he wants."

"He always let me understand he was just a low-rank vampire." The redhead sighed, hugging his legs against himself a bit tighter. The doubts inside him were rising, and he wasn't able to suppress all of them.

What if he was just another one in a long chain of people Kaoru had used, only to throw them away when he didn't need them anymore? What if the vampire had just fooled him and he had taken the bait? But he remembered the look in Kaoru's eyes when he had told him to run for his life, telling him he'd go back empty handed and sacrifice his life only to give him a chance.

"Well, technically he is. But he's protected by the master, so nobody would ever dare to touch him or tell him what to do. He has had feasts here, drawing human's attention at us and risking the whole community of vampires to be discovered and hunted down. Still nobody even raised his voice against him."

Slowly, the young man stood up, his legs weak. "But if he calls for me tonight, I
don't think I'll return. Just one advice." He again reached for Die's arm to make him face him. "Don't fall for his charm. I did too, in the beginning. I dearly loved him and he has a way to make you believe he loves you too, would abandon everything just to be with you. But it's just a trick. He has a good knowledge of the human nature and knows exactly how one reacts."

The words made tears burn in the redhead's eyes, and he wasn't able to hold all of them back. He didn't know what to believe anymore. This man seemed to be so honest, and had no reason to lie to him. And he had known there was this 'darker' side to Kaoru as well. But could he be such a good actor? Could all they had been through just be faked like that?

But he had made a conscious choice to love the vampire, and wouldn't back off now. The worst that could happen to him before he died would be that Kaoru broke his heart into a thousand pieces. Then at least, death would be a relief.

When the other saw hot tears well in Die's eyes and finally flow down his cheeks, he used his hand to wipe them off gently. "I'm sorry. But that's the Kaoru I know, have known for more than five years."

The redhead didn't see the slight content smile that was tugging the other's lips for a split-second. "I was hoping he'd turn me once and makes me equal, but he never did. He doesn't like to lie with a cold body in his arms. That's what he told me. And maybe I'm not young and beautiful enough for him anymore now, so that he turned to you."

"It's okay," Die took a deep breath, shaking his head at his own behaviour. He felt so pathetic. "I should've known all that. But he fooled me too." He wasn't convinced about it inwardly, but thought he could as well let the other believe so.

Silence fell upon them and the two young men sat down, back to back and just stared into nothingness. After some time, two guards approached the other's cell, opened it and took him away. All he could do before they dragged him up was to whisper. "Take good care of you."

Die didn't have any time to say anything to him before he was being taken away, and just followed with his eyes until he was out of the room. A few tears were back, but Die wiped them away almost angrily, telling himself to get a grip.

The man wasn't brought back and since there was nobody to talk to anymore, time passed even more slowly. At one point, Die had no idea how much time had passed, the door to his cell opened again and two vampires stepped inside. "Master wants to see you."

Die didn't even try to resist and allowed the two vampires to drag him out of there. It wasn't even the hardest thing to be locked in a dark small cell. For him the worst thing was the constant doubts which were practically eating him alive.

He was brought to the huge throne-hall where the head vampire laid on a comfortable couch, a purple-haired man beside him. When the other man's gaze met Die's, he narrowed his eyes and purposefully snuggled up closer to the master, burying his face in the crook of his shoulder.

It hurt. Die couldn't even deny that. But he told himself for what felt like the thousandth time that it wasn't Kaoru, it was just an image of him.

When the master noticed him, he pushed the other man away and stood up. "Daisuke. It's your lucky day. You'll see the sun." He put his hand on his shoulder and guided him towards another door where two humans were awaiting him. "Of course I only let you into the yard, so don't think you can escape."

"The sun?" It was the first good thing the redhead had heard since he'd been brought here, and there was a small glimmer in his eyes.

He was given a warm jacket since it had been snowing all night, yet the sun shone brightly when the two men led him outside. "Enjoy your stay." One of them said, remaining standing at the entrance and leaving Die to spend time alone and enjoy the light.

Die couldn't help but to smile as he was outside, able to inhale the fresh air and to see the daylight. He closed his eyes and walked slowly, letting the sun warm his face. For a short moment he managed to forget about all the worries that bothering him.

He wouldn't be able to enjoy it this much if he had known that this was part of the ritual and only served to make his blood sweeter and strengthen him to survive the things that lay ahead of him. But luckily, he wasn't aware of that and used every second they allowed him to be outside to worship the sun.

He got to stay in the yard as long as he wanted and when he had to surrender to the cold, they brought him to a huge dining room. The master sat at the end of the long table, awaiting him. "Sit down."

A few servants brought plates filled with various kinds of delicious smelling foods and wine and set everything in front of the redhead. "I guess you're hungry."

The young man indeed was almost starving, and took the opportunity to eat. He knew the only reason why he got food like this was that they needed him to be strong for the ceremony. But his own plan required him being strong too, so he ate.

The vampire watched him contently, nodding from time to time. "Tomorrow's the day," he informed lowly, a malicious grin tugging his lips. "Tomorrow, your life will end and I will become the most powerful creature on earth."

"Or you'll fail miserably since you'll screw something up." Die rolled his eyes slightly, too tired to even be afraid of the other right now.

"Still the stubborn child." The vampire laughed but didn't say anything further. After Die had finished eating, he was brought to a huge bedroom, just like the one where he had witnessed the vampire feeding off the woman.

"For your last night." The guard explained shortly and shoved him inside before locking the door.

Carefully the redhead sat down at the bed's edge, looking around in the dimly lit room. He didn't allow himself to relax instantly, afraid that this was just one of the many tricks, and soon someone would join him.

But this time, nobody disturbed him. No girl, no woman and no fellow prisoner. He was just surrounded by thick, oppressing silence. Slowly, he was beginning to believe there was no one else with him, and lay down on the bed slowly. It was comfortable, and he sighed a bit, closing his eyes. It didn't even take long before he was fast asleep, relieved by the silence around him. He had never really gotten used to the sounds emerging from the other cages.

When he woke up the next morning, he noticed that somebody must have been there. A small wooden box lay on the bed beside him and when he opened it, he found the small silver crucifix the monk had given him. The vampires had ordered a slave to take it away from him, but now it was lying there innocently.

The small item made Die smile, and he took it with him, slipping it under his shirt. To him it was a sign that Kaoru hadn't forgotten him, hadn't only toyed with him.

The sun wasn't fully up when the door opened and a young woman beckoned him to follow her. He was brought to a bath, got shaved and they cut his precious hair. Since the slaves were human, they didn't even notice the small cross, or they overlooked it purposefully. Fact was, that none of them mentioned it or reported it to one of the vampires.

The redhead felt weird when he had been clad in clean clothes, and ran his fingers through his newly cut hair. He didn't talk anything with the people who helped him though, because they didn't say anything to him either, nor reacted to anything he did.

Afterwards, he was brought to another hall where a rich breakfast awaited him on a low table. Just when he sat down in tailor-seat and began to eat, the door opened and Kaoru came inside, accompanied by the head-vampire.

Die didn't show in any way he had noticed the others, afraid this would once again be one of the 'false-Kaoru's' he had seen. Or the ones he at least assumed being false.

This Kaoru couldn't hide the frown that appeared on his forehead when the other ignored him. His shirt wasn't closed completely and revealed a small wound near his collarbone, much like a burn, when he sat down as well and leaned a bit forward. The master remained standing, a certain tension lingering in the air as none of them spoke a word.

Finally Die dared to look up at Kaoru, trying to search for his eyes and somehow find out if he was real. At least the weird feeling, which had been there before, was now missing.

Only for a split second, the younger vampire dared to look back at him, but then quickly stood up. He cleared his voice before speaking. "Are you done?"

The redhead arched an eyebrow, swallowing hard before nodding. "Yeah."

Without giving away any of the feelings inside him, Kaoru led the way towards a huge door, the master following them contemplatively. They entered a small chapel and when Die's eyes went wide, Kaoru explained shortly. "It's been desecrated. That's why we can step inside."

Die nodded in understanding, stepping a bit further into the room. Somehow he could feel that this wasn't one of the fake Kaoru's, this was the man he had been travelling with. And desperately he was searching for a sign of affection, but failed miserably.

There was a marble altar in the middle of the main nave which was surrounded by a couple of vampires, clad in dark black robes. Nodding at the table, Kaoru signalled that Die should sit down there. His hands and feet were bound with thick, strong ropes and then one of the vampires removed his shirt, using a knife. The master held a small book in his hand and began to recite from it in a foreign language.

"Prepare... to die." Kaoru whispered grinning and without anybody noticing it, cut one of the ropes and then placed the knife in the redhead's hand.

As his shirt had been torn off Die sighed a tiny bit in relief, because he had stored the crucifix in his pocket before already. If the vampires had seen it now, it would've only done harm. He gripped the knife in his hand almost knuckles white, the item somehow giving him the feeling he wasn't completely helpless. As for now, he only concentrated on waiting for the right moment, waiting for some sort of signal from Kaoru or an opportunity that'd present itself to him.

Since the master vampire didn't trust anybody, he was the only one who knew how to gain the powers from the redhead, knew what it took to unleash them and make them his own.

Suddenly, something in the mood changed and there was a huge grin on his lips as he turned to look at Kaoru knowingly. "I'm surprised you didn't use the moment to cut him loose."

The purple-haired flinched inwardly, realizing that his master knew about his relationship to the redhead, had probably known all along.

"See, this boy is really stubborn and has endless faith in you. No matter what we threw at him, he didn't falter."

Somebody else appeared next to the master, the young man who had occupied the cell next to Die, the one who was supposed to be Kaoru's 'favourite' slave. The man grinned as well. "I almost made it, but when I left, I knew he still wasn't convinced that you betrayed him. Too bad. Things could've been easier then."

Die's eyes flared up in anger as he recognized the man he had talked to back in the cage. "You!" He practically spat out the word, suppressing his want to kill the other right then and there. "And I pitied you." The hardest time for him had been after the conversation, and he had thought about the other's fate several times and had even grieved for him somehow.

The man stepped close to the altar and mockingly caressed the redhead's cheek. Kaoru wanted to hold him back, anger boiling inside him, but he was stopped by the other vampires who circled him.

"Too bad you didn't trust my words. I gave my best, you know," the young man drawled mock-compassionate.

That was when the redhead lost his temper, swinging his free arm forward along with the knife, he cut a bloody wound on the man's shoulder. "You bastard!" He used the same movement to cut off the ropes which were holding him, knowing that now that the vampires knew he was free, they had to try something.

The man released a high-pitched scream and held his shoulder, stumbling backwards. Very much to Die's surprise, the vampires didn't attend him, but quickly pinned Kaoru against a huge pillar, binding the kicking and growling vampire there. "Fuckers. Let me go and I'll rip off your heads." Just before his hands were bound as well, he managed to hit one of them on the chin, sending him to the floor. Yet, the others managed to finally attach a rope to his wrists.

The master meanwhile only watched the scene, an amused smile on his lips. That was just what the ritual had needed, Die's rage. "Hey redhead." He finally addressed him, standing right next to the purple-haired vampire, running a long fingernail over his throat. "Cut it out or I kill him right away."

Mentally, Kaoru slapped himself. He should've known that his master could see right through him, should’ve known that the affection he felt for the human was clearly visible for him. "Don't listen to him, Die." He yelled angrily and shook a small knife from his sleeve into his hand, hoping nobody would notice. "Kill him. Destroy him." Those words only elicited roaring laughter from the master and he left a small cut on the other's throat.

After taking a glance around them Die had to notice there wasn't much they could use for their advantage. He had to take a risk, risk that Kaoru would be harmed too but it was the only chance. So as swiftly as he could he jumped up, took one small statue and sent it through the colourful glass window near the group of vampires. The success was partial as bright sunlight flooded into the room, but failed to hit the vampires.

They were shrieking nevertheless and took a step away from the pool of light on the ground close to Kaoru's feet. He used the moment to cut his bondages, jumping to the side. He flashed a bright smile at the redhead, winking. "You missed."

Then, he took one of the heavy candles and smashed another window. Sadly he didn't hit the master as intended, but worked on trapping the other vampires. He got burned himself though and had to move behind the altar, shaking his smoking arm to cool it.

The headmaster screamed and launched himself at Die. "You little...." He hadn't seen that coming, had never thought that the human would risk something like that while his lover was around. Besides, he had been certain that when it came down to it, they two wouldn't work together. "What are you standing there for? Go and get them, call for the others," he ordered the other vampires and Die's former cellmate got back on his feet as well, ready to attack him from behind.

Die noticed it though, and managed to dodge to the side, smashing one more window with another statue he happened to get a hold of. At least one of the vampires got hit seriously, and screamed so loud that it sent a shiver down Die's spine. He was still holding on to the knife knuckles white, turning to his former cellmate as he approached him dangerously.

Kaoru was trying to find a way to cut off his master and prevent him from attacking his lover. There was a pool of light in dividing them though. Sure, that the other could take on the human easily, Kaoru covered his face with the hood of his cloak and leaped towards the head-vampire, the power of his hit sending him to the ground.

It was dangerous for him too since there was light everywhere and he knew his master was at least twice as strong as he himself. Only given this small moment of surprise, he cut the powerful vampire's throat with his knife. Sadly, it was too small to cut off the head or to leave severe damage. The pitiful attempt even made the other laugh and the next thing he knew was that he flew through the air and hit a wall upside down, leaving him stunned.

"Kaoru!" Die was distracted by it for a moment, instinctively taking a step towards the vampire to help him. But almost instantly the man before him attacked, aiming for his chest with a long knife. Taken by surprise, Die fell, dragging the other down with him to the floor where they were frantically trying to stab each other with their knives. From the corner of his eyes, Kaoru saw his master getting ready to attack the redhead on the ground. Not being really hurt, he jumped back to his feet and blindly tossed a heavy goblet through another window. A ray of light shone down on the two wrestling humans and thus prevented any interfering by the undead. "Go and fight with somebody who stands a chance against you." He teased the older vampire, displaying a huge grin and beckoning him with a crooked finger.

Although Die had never really fought with anyone like this, he was lucky and desperate enough to gain the upper hand eventually. He was bleeding from several cuts himself, his left hand almost useless right now, but didn't even notice it in the rush of adrenalin. He had never even killed anyone either, but somehow it was a satisfying feeling to drive the knife into the man's heart, knowing he wouldn't get up anymore.

"That little piece of scum." Apparently, the human had been somehow important to the master and he screamed pained when he witnessed his death. However, heavier than the loss weighed the fact that the redhead was still breathing while he was supposed to be dead by now already, his powers devolved on himself.

With a powerful leap, the old vampire wanted to knock Die out of the light and rip out his heart like he had intended in the first place. But on his way, something hit him forcefully from the side, a puff of black hair with a shimmer of purple coming into his sight. Kaoru had jumped at the same moment as the other vampire and now used his whole bodyweight to kick him out of the way.

Together, they fell to the ground and remained there for a split-second. But suddenly, the master reached for something in his back, a thin and sharp wooden stick. Before Kaoru could react in any way, the other being too quick for him, he felt a burning pain in his chest which seemed to squeeze the life out of him.

Die had just stumbled on his feet when he saw that, his eyes widening as a feral, desperate cry tore its way from his throat. "NO!"

Seeing the man he loved being pierced by the stick practically broke his heart in his chest. He didn't have the time to mourn though, as he was infuriated, the lust to revenge rising in him.

The head vampire had got on his feet and directed his attention to the purple haired vampire who fell to the ground inanimately, because he failed to see Die's approach. The redhead threw himself against the master forcefully, using his whole bodyweight and aiming for the light.

With a lot of willpower and the determination of the desperate, he managed to tackle the vampire off his feet and reached one of the pools of light together with him. An unnatural loud sound filled the air as the creature began to burn, flames quickly engulfing him.

Still, his powers surpassed the redhead's by far and he rolled into the shadows. Hurt, but not finished, the head vampire got back on his feet and hit the young man forcefully, punched him in the stomach. Then, he scraped his claws along his chest, his fingers leaving four deep wounds behind.

Die screamed, the pain filling him as he felt the claws dig deep into his flesh. He tried to collect himself though, kicking and punching the vampire although he knew it was futile. Still his anger needed a channel out, he needed to at least try to kill the head vampire. For Kaoru.

But everything seemed to be in vain as his opponent seemed to recover quickly. He pulled Die up, only to cut a deep wound on his throat. Only with luck, he missed the carotid. Still, blood splashed out of the wound, bright red arterial blood.

Nobody was paying attention to Kaoru who had opened his eyes again. The pain was incredible, but he grit his teeth and managed to pull out the stick without screaming in pain. But what he saw when he looked into the direction where he heard the fighting noise brought back the strength to his limbs. Only thinking about saving the redhead, he rushed towards the master vampire, the stick clutched in his hand, knuckles white. Just before he could ram it into the other creature's back, the other turned around.

A powerful punch sent Kaoru back to the floor and caused him to lose his precious weapon. To him, it didn't matter anymore. If his lover would die now, then he was ready to follow him as well. But as he turned his head a bit, weakly blinking at the limp body of the human, their gazes met. So there was still life inside the other.

The headmaster now knelt directly above Kaoru, displaying a malicious grin. "You're tougher than I thought. If we had more time, I would ask you how you did the trick, but sadly that human's taking his last breaths now and I need him alive to perform the ritual."

The words were passing by Kaoru unnoticed, but his eyes locked on the long knife Die's cellmate had had. It was out of his own reach, but the redhead only had to move his hand a bit to get a hold of it.

Die followed the other's gaze and instantly understood. Collecting every ounce of strength that was still in him, he reached for the weapon. He managed though, grasping the knife almost desperately and tossing it towards Kaoru, hoping he'd get it close enough since otherwise the game was lost.

They only had this one chance and in a sudden movement, using the last remaining resources of strength in him, Kaoru jerked up and caught the weapon before it touched the ground. In a desperate movement, he turned his upper part of the body, aiming for the master's neck. With a numb thud, the head fell to the floor, followed by the knife. It was over. The master's body instantly was engulfed by a blaze, burning hot like old dry wood until only a tiny heap of ashes remained.

Exhausted, the young vampire dropped to his knees and crawled to the redhead, pulling him into his arms. There was blood everywhere and it left no doubt that he was going to die.

Somehow Die managed to smile though, his voice only a faint whisper. "You got the bastard, right?" It was a miracle he was still able to talk, the long cut almost slitting his throat in two.

"I got him." Bloody tears were running over the vampire's cheeks to his chin and finally dropped down on the human in his arms. Everything had been in vain, wasted effort. Kaoru had failed in keeping his lover safe, in protecting him against his own kind. "I'm so sorry." He whispered, his voice choked.

"Don't be." The redhead felt tiredness spreading in his limbs, blackness trying to engulf him. He fought back for a while, trying to have even a moment with the other still. But he couldn't deny that he was happy, although he knew he was dying. He hadn't been wrong; the other had never betrayed him and the love between them was real, not pretended. That was enough for him, to know it was something pure, something special.

**********

Reluctantly, Kaoru opened his eyes and stretched his limbs. The digital clock told him it was well passed midnight, so he had been sleeping long. His eyes were easily piercing through the perfect darkness in the room, clearly recognizing the shadows of the surrounding room.

Slowly, he stood up and crossed the short distance to the balcony. The door was slightly ajar and he pushed it open to step outside into the warm summer night. "Why did you leave?" He asked the figure who stood at the balustrade, his back facing him. "I missed you." Smiling softly, Kaoru wrapped his arms around the other's form from behind and based his chin on his shoulder.

Instantly Die relaxed a bit into the embrace, smiling softly. "I wanted to see the moon like this. It's so warm here, one could almost think it's day." He closed his eyes, picturing a sun in the sky instead of the pale moon. He fell silent for a moment, before speaking up again. "I still miss the sun, you know."

Gently, Kaoru brushed aside a strand of long hair and planted a soft kiss on his lover's neck. "I do miss it too. It will always remain within as the ultimate desire." He spoke quietly, his gaze roaming over the bright citylighs below them.

Ever since he had taken the decision to turn Die, doubts were nagging him if it had been the right thing to do. After all, he had been acting out of pure selfishness, hadn't been willing to live without the other man anymore.

It was a miracle anyways that Kaoru hadn't died back then when he had got pierced by the wooden stick. But for some strange reason, nature had benefited him with a heart on the wrong side of his chest. A doctor had once told him when he still had been alive, but he had forgotten it already. Only when his master had stabbed the wood deep into the left side of his chest, only missing the heart by millimetres, it had become clear that even the smallest difference can have a huge effect.

After turning Die, he first had been afraid that it would change things between them, that he wouldn't be attracted to the other anymore when the warmth had left his body and he had become an undead. Quite the contrary, he had found himself loving him even more, the better they got to know each other.

The redhead sensed the slight uncomfortableness in the other, and turned his head to smile at him softly. "I still don't regret a thing." He really meant everything he said, with all his heart. He hadn't expected the other to turn him, somehow the thought never even had crossed his mind. But after it had happened he'd only been relieved he didn't have to leave the other man, that he would be able to spend his eternity with him.

Since it was all that mattered; being together.

I think I know what you mean, by that a part of you wanted him to betray him. But well, it would've changed everything and the whole end would've been different.

Well, it's maybe a bit easier together, especially when writing long things. Usually at least one of us remembers everything needed x) And it's a lot more fun when it's the two of us! We match so well when writing, that I enjoy it to no end^^

heh, they just have never given the pairing a chance. I really don't like the pairings where they make one of them too girly, they're men for god's sake, not little teenaged girls. But well, if people like them that way then it's their business.

hehehe, well, Kaoru can do whatever he wants XD Even when it comes to punishing.

Well yeah I love the story as it is. I like drama ><''

xD People like them girly cos its easier to write. I find it easier but thats cos I suck at writing. xD also people like to know who is "on top", its why most people wont try it. But I like it where they fight for it. *has put it in fic* I like to keep it both dominant, but I cant seem to write it ><''

xD awesome. I have grown to become a Kaoru fangirl ><'' I see Kaoru differently now. you evil people xD love ya really ^_^

I have a storyline...well kinda >< I need to work on it.

Drama is good at times :D

Yeah, that might be true. That people think it's easier to write them as girly. But it doesn't take that much effort to try even somewhat to change it. Not even girls are as weepy and weak as some writers make them appear x) And well, I think it gets boring if only one is on top ALL the time. And I like when they fight for it too :D

Just work on your writing and I'm sure you'll develop^^ It's not that hard eventually!
