stolenflower told me I should write het!minkey and mentioned Gwiboon tiptoeing to kiss Minho and this happened? lmao it’s just a drabble, but I figured I’d share :3

"I hate you." There's a scowl on Gwiboon's face that's easy to interpret, especially after all these years Minho has known her. It's the I-am-severely-annoyed-but-can't-even-hate-you-and-it-pisses-me-off frown. She's struggling with the zipper of her dress, unable to reach back far enough to close it, while Minho sits on the couch and watches.

Yes. Watches. He knows a gentleman should offer to help, but some part of him enjoys teasing her and her inability to ever ask for it. Besides, the view is magnificent. Any man would prefer watching the smooth expanse of her back, bare all the way to the slope of her waist. Especially when the resulting angry flush on her cheeks is nothing but attractive.

Smirking, Minho heaves himself up from his seat. He straightens the lapels of his jacket, fixes his bowtie, and takes his time with it until he, finally, steps close to Gwiboon. "No, you wouldn't." He knows he sounds cocky but he has every reason to be. After all, he is the one who gets to wake up next to Gwiboon, gets to spend his evenings with her, gets to touch her like no one else. It'd make anyone smug.

Gwiboon huffs, short and impatient, but the next second she's releasing all air from her lungs in a content sigh. Minho runs his large palms down her shoulder blades, ghosts his fingertips over her spine, as he leans down to breathe a soft kiss on the nape of her neck. Her hair is tied up, little diamonds woven into the bun, sparkling against the dark mahogany colour. Easily, he slides up the zipper, closing the dress properly.

Minho's hands find their way on Gwiboon's waist as she turns around, even in her high heels considerably shorter than him. The scowl is gone, replaced by a mischievous smile and a sparkle in her eyes. "So," she drawls, reaching up to loop her arms around his neck. "How long do you think we need to stay in that party?"

Before he can answer, she's tiptoeing to get closer and presses her lips on Minho's. He knows there'll be smudges of lip gloss he'll have to wash off before they leave, but right now he couldn't care less. Instead he pulls Gwiboon closer, arms around her waist, and maybe - just maybe - shamelessly slides one hand down to the curve of her butt.

They're both slightly breathless by the time she pulls back, arching one eyebrow questioningly.

Minho can just laugh. "Not long. Promised."
