Summary: There are several reasons why Kyuhyun loves Zhou Mi’s endlessly long legs. So it is only logical to list those reasons, isn’t it?

There are several reasons why Kyuhyun loves Zhou Mi’s endlessly long legs. He’s been thinking about it often already, careful and making sure that no one knows what’s going through his mind. He isn’t quite sure what’s going on – maybe he is going slightly mad – but one night after an excessive gaming session, he suddenly decides to make a list. Maybe it’s the mathematical part of his brain that enjoys listing things, making both to-do-lists and just these little lists that are for fun. He’s listed his top10 favourite games, has counted how many times he’s passed each game without continues, he has listed them in the order he played them through… In short, he loves lists. And he loves writing them.
So when he decides to list the reasons why he loves Zhou Mi’s legs, he isn’t quite that worried about his own sanity. He’s pretty sure everyone else would be, though.
The first thing on the list is the fact that those legs can come in very handy.
It has happened several times before, so when Kyuhyun isn’t exactly surprised when he notices that someone has placed the box of cereal above the cupboards, so high that he doubts anyone can get there without a chair. So what if it is Heechul’s special fruit cereal, it’s the only thing they have left and he is hungry. He already got himself a bowl and a carton of milk, now all he needs is the cereal.
The cereal placed on the highest surface in the whole dorm, mocking him because he can’t reach it.
Kyuhyun is just about to go and drag a chair closer to the cupboards, finally convinced that no, he will not be able to reach the box just by standing on his tiptoes and trying to elongate his fingers with mere willpower, when in walks the perfect accessory.
There is a sleepy smile on Zhou Mi’s face as he wishes good morning and moves straight to the coffee maker, dragging his feet. “Did you sleep well?” He asks slightly hoarsely, and somehow that is when Kyuhyun’s mind makes the connection. Zhou Mi equals long legs equals better reach to high places!
So Kyuhyun takes on the best puppy dog look he can manage without looking entirely too suspicious. Not that Zhou Mi would ever suspect anyone being anything but sweet and honest. “Someone put the cereal up there,” he points at the box, waiting.
It only takes a second for the tall, gangly Chinese to realize what he’s hinting at.
Zhou Mi isn’t that much taller than he – that’s what Kyuhyun keeps telling himself at least – but those couple of inches are enough to give him that little extra height he needs to reach. “There you go!” Zhou Mi practically beams as he hands over the pack to the other man.
Kyuhyun grumbles something that resembles a ‘thank you’ and sets out to finally have his much needed morning cereal.
The second thing, Kyuhyun thinks, is quite a shallow one but he doesn’t really care. He adds it to the list anyway. Namely, he quite enjoys looking at those legs. They’re long, slim and absolutely stunning in jeans. Or in a suit, too, at least when he can imagine what lies hidden beneath. He loves seeing them bare as well, he can’t deny that. It’s probably his favourite thing to do when he’s daydreaming, staring at those legs or imagining how they’d look in different situations.
Kyuhyun might be slightly obsessed but he doesn’t care. He’s always been the legs kind of guy, trust him to find the longest ones available. He is even marginally proud of that.
Third on his list is the fact that those long long legs can carry Zhou Mi to him incredibly fast. He remembers how he has looked at Zhou Mi from across the whole stage and seconds later he’s had an armful of a huggy Chinese person. He kind of likes that. All he needs to do is give Zhou Mi a certain look and the man comes running to him.
Not always figuratively speaking, sometimes quite literally. And that, Kyuhyun loves.
This is kind of sentimental but Kyuhyun adds it to the list anyway. No one will ever see this and his momentary lapse in judgement. He can still deny everything if someone suspects him developing mushy feelings.
The fourth point, Kyuhyun thinks, is something that should actually count as a disadvantage.
For example, sometimes there are boring dinners they have to attend. Kyuhyun loves free food, he adores it, he could eat free food every day several times a day. As much as he loves it he’s not always certain he wants to endure the three hours of torture attached to it, talking business and trying to appear mildly interested. He could use the time much better, too, like completing some easy online FPS for the hundredth time.
Sometimes, Kyuhyun can’t keep up the polite façade. Sometimes, he gets so fed up with it that he takes the nearest target, some uptight businessman or an investor, even a manager, and starts needling them carefully. He knows how to choose his words so that the person in question doesn’t even realize he’s being mocked. That is something that often keeps him occupied, at least.
When Zhou Mi kicks his shin underneath the table he swallows a yelp, but can’t help that he’s feeling somewhat smug at the same time. He earned that. A part of him is proud that Zhou Mi understood the masked insults, even when no one else around them seems to notice a thing. He imagines that this is what Zhou Mi must feel like when Kyuhyun manages to get a tricky sentence down in Chinese.
And when it’s Zhou Mi kicking him, he actually quite likes it. In a twisted way.
Masochist, he can hear Heechul’s voice in his head, and promptly tells him to shut up.
The fifth point is by far the best point.
The fifth point is the one that gets Kyuhyun all worked up just thinking of it. He is certain it even makes him drool if he isn’t careful. It’s all too easy to ignore everything else when his legs are tangled with Zhou Mi’s, skin on skin and nothing in between to separate them. Kyuhyun loves how those legs part for him so easily, how they fall open with only a soft touch on the inner thigh.
It doesn’t even stop there. Then he can admire how Zhou Mi tries to keep his legs still, muscles tensing until his thighs are trembling from the effort. How Zhou Mi lifts his knee and angles his hips, offering him all of himself. Most of all, he loves Zhou Mi’s legs wrapped around his hips, urging him on and pulling him closer, greedy for more. Not to forget the heels digging into his back when he finally spills himself into that hot body.
He can never get enough of that. Never.
It’s not an uncommon occurrence that everyone is gathered in the living room. Usually it happens when Heechul has something on his mind, a grand new idea or something to inform them of. Kyuhyun stopped worrying about it after some time, deciding it wasn’t worth it. Heechul would do what he wanted no matter how much the others stressed about it.
So Kyuhyun isn’t very alarmed when he walks into the living room and sees everyone – literally everyone, even one of their managers – gathered around. He does, however, feel a slight curl of worry in the pit of his stomach when everyone turns to look at him, with varied levels of amusement. Some of them are openly laughing at him, while some try to hide their amused grins behind their hands or by looking down on the floor.
At least Kyuhyun knows that it is probably Heechul who is behind all this. His suspicions are confirmed when the man in question spins around, grinning like the Cheshire cat himself. “Oh there you are!” He sounds immensely pleased and that is probably the most frightening thing thus far.
“I found something of yours. I was just sharing it with everyone,” Heechul informs, “oh this is better than any drama on TV!”
Uh-oh. This is bad. Inwardly Kyuhyun starts to go through things Heechul could’ve found from his room, but he is fairly certain he has all the embarrassing items safely locked away. It can’t be anything too bad, now can it?
Then, he notices the slip of paper Heechul is waving around and something clicks into place. The list. The super secret list that no one was supposed to find. Ever. And now obviously Heechul has read it out loud to everyone in the room, judging by the grins that still get thrown his way. Henry, that bastard, even swings his legs up in the air while grinning at him suggestively.
”See he even drew a little heart right next to Seasoning’s name!” Heechul coos happily and instantly he has Kyuhyun blushing, trying to snatch the piece of paper from him.
“I did not!” Kyuhyun protests.
Heechul nods. “Okay you didn’t, I added it there. But isn’t it such a cute thought? I bet you imagined the heart anyway.”
By this point everyone is laughing at Kyuhyun more or less openly and he can’t decide if he wants to run or just explode right then and there. He fights for composure desperately and somehow, to his luck, he manages to look much calmer than he feels. “Heechul… Give it back. Now.”
“Excuse me?” Heechul quirks an eyebrow. “This juicy bit of information? No way! Wait until – ”
He doesn’t get any further before there is the sound of a door opening and they can all hear a familiar cheery voice exclaim “I’m here!”
Kyuhyun turns completely white. Heechul is grinning even wider. “Seasoning!” He half-shrieks, half-sings. “I have something very interesting for you!”
He runs to the door with Kyuhyun hot on his heels, trying to catch and strangle him before he manages to do any more damage. Too bad Heechul is too fast and definitely too sneaky for that.
(It’s already dark when they sneak under the covers, and those miles of Zhou Mi’s legs are tangled with Kyuhyun’s. Zhou Mi wraps his arms around him and rests his chin on his chest, smiling at him through the darkness. “You know what? I quite liked your list.” He admits with a grin that surely lightens up the whole room.
Kyuhyun grins back. Maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing that his super-secret list leaked, after all.)
