fonulyn: It’s been ages since I wrote any KyoxDie stuff but now that I got to it again, it came pretty easily and I enjoyed writing it. Shows me again how much I actually do like the pairing, despite not paying much attention to it usually x) I’m getting far too easily distracted by a couple of other pairings… But that’s beside the point. This is dedicated to cadkitten (I hope that it cheers you up at least a little bit, dear! *huggles*), as I wouldn’t have even begun writing it without her ;)

”C’mon Kyo, don’t be such a grumpy bastard!” Amusement was clearly dancing in Die’s voice as he cast a glance towards the short man who was walking right beside him towards the train-station. They were on their way to work, and due to some unfortunate accidents they were forced to use the public transportation. Kyo hated that. He had never liked the masses of people pushing and pulling, standing in the train so full that he got much closer to the strangers than he would’ve ever wanted. He preferred crossing any distances by foot, or if it was longer then he used his own car.
But the way to work was too long to even consider walking, not unless he wanted to get up hours earlier in the morning just because of that. And right now he didn’t have a car. Not, because some certain rhythm guitarist had decided to borrow the car, and had managed to crush it into smithereens. Granted, saying that was exaggerating since the car wasn’t that badly damaged, but it still was broken enough so that one couldn’t drive with it. And granted, it hadn’t been Die’s fault to begin with, as the other driver had crashed into him and not the other way around. Still, it pissed Kyo off majorly right now.
Die was used to those mood swings though, and he only shrugged when the smaller man didn’t even reply to his words, only gave one of his glares that might’ve been scary at the point when you didn’t yet know the man at all. To Die those glares were only adorable though, they had known each other for a decade and had been a couple for half of that time already, so he knew everything about the vocalist’s whereabouts. Besides, he knew that he would be very well able to make his lover forget about that grumpiness and direct his thoughts somewhere else than to his broken car.
Kyo was completely unaware of what was going on in the older man’s head right now, all he was thinking of was the fact that he had to use the train and he loathed the whole thought to begin with. They had already reached the station, and the big screen above their heads told that it would only take two minutes until the next train would arrive. At least something good, Kyo thought inwardly, they wouldn’t need to wait ages until they could get to it, so it would all be over as soon as possible.
Even when the train arrived and they followed the flow of people inside, he was dwelling in his thoughts. He hated to be this close to so many people, and he knew it would be futile to even try to find a place to sit once they got into the train. So he stayed close to the doors, stood in the side and hoped that not too many people would press close to him. His hopes seemed to be in vain though since as soon as he stopped he could feel people stepping closer and closer to him, until the whole train was so packed with people that it was impossible to avoid human contact.
How annoying. Kyo grimaced at the whole situation, not even trying to look pleased as he definitely wasn’t. And where the hell was Die anyways? Wasn’t he supposed to be right beside him?
Suddenly he realized that the guitarist’s lean body was pressing close against his back, nimble fingers sneaking around his waist and straight to his groin. Kyo’s eyes shot wide and he cast an almost panicking glance around them, but it seemed that no one paid any attention to them, hadn’t even noticed that the two men were standing closer to each other than necessary. It was so crowded anyways, he thought, probably people were being pressed against each other already by the movement of the train.
All possible thoughts of that sort escaped his mind when those long fingers pressed down on his crotch, ably rubbing all the right places through the rough denim of his jeans to cause his body to react more than easily. He drew in a shaky breath, his eyes falling halfway shut when Die squeezed the bulge that was rapidly growing in his pants. Damn him, Kyo thought, for being such a tease and for being so talented in handling him. He couldn’t decide whether he wanted to shake the guitarist off and push him further, or if he simply wanted to lean back against the other man’s wide chest and surrender to the feelings.
It was as if the decision was taken off him as he could feel Die’s other arm sneak around his waist, pulling him closer almost possessively. He could palpably feel that the moment hadn’t left his lover completely unaffected either, and somehow that thought turned him on more than it probably even should. Die was still working on making him as desperate as possible, and with each movement of his hands he was getting closer to his goal. Kyo could feel the heat gather in the pit of his stomach, the need rising until it was impossible for him to stay still and slowly, almost reluctantly he moved his hips forward.
Time seemed to stand still, and he hardly even noticed the people around them any longer. He only focused on the feelings the other man offered with the delicious touches, on the way his breathing was growing more ragged, on the heat that was rising inside of him until he felt almost like bursting.
But then it was all over as soon as it had begun. With a screeching sound the train stopped, the masses of people swarming around them and trying to push their way to the exits. The able touches ceased, the body-heat behind him gone and suddenly Kyo felt a little cold. He opened his eyes to search for the redheaded guitarist somewhere in the crowd, and it didn’t take him long to spot the other man. A low growl escaped him on its own as all he received was a merry wink from Die, who was rapidly drifting further from him, nameless and faceless people filling the space between them.
Only then Kyo realized he should probably get moving as well, after all this was their stop and he should get off the train before it began moving again and would take him god only knows where. Easily he pushed his way out of the train as well, dodging the people who almost bumped into him and soon he was already standing at the platform, frantically searching for his lover with his gaze.
Die was nowhere to be seen.
That little brat! Instantly Kyo realized what was going on, and he couldn’t hold back another barely audible growl that escaped him on its own. Die was probably already halfway to the studio, trying to make it there fast so that Kyo wouldn’t manage to reach him before that. He would most likely succeed in that too, after all he had the longer legs and after the moment from before Kyo definitely had an uncomfortable bulge in his pants to hinder his moving.
There was nothing he could do to that there though; there was no way he would be able to relieve some pressure in the middle of the train-station, in broad daylight and surrounded by the masses of people. He cursed in his mind, coming to the conclusion that his only chance would be to cross the short distance to the studio and hope that his body would calm down on the way.
Again, his hopes turned out to be futile, as if the whole world had turned against him that day. During the short walk all he could think about was the way Die’s touch had felt on his growing arousal, the other man’s scent and the feeling of his body pressed so close against his. Contrary to his hopes his body wasn’t calming down in the slightest, he was just getting more excited if anything. Quickening his steps he tried to get to the studio as soon as possible, knowing by now that he would most definitely need a nice moment in the toilet together with his hand before he could even think of working.
When Kyo reached the right building he didn’t even go greet his bandmates and get rid of his jacket, but he headed straight towards the nearest toilet, rushing in and hurriedly locking the door after him. Already when the door was halfway closed his hand shot to his crotch, eager to get the pants opened and out of the way. A low moan drew from his lips, an audible proof of how much he had indeed been yearning for the touch to begin with.
“I thought you’d head straight here,” an amused voice cut through the air and caused Kyo to spin around quickly, his eyes widening in surprise. Die! How the hell had the other man been able to hide in a room that was only a bit over a meter wide, where he was completely visible all along? Anyways, Kyo hadn’t noticed him before he spoke up, and after the initial shock he tried to get a grip of himself, giving his lover a glare.
“Where else?” He growled lowly. “You fucking tease.”
The words only elicited a chuckle from the guitarist, who didn’t seem to be taken aback by the smaller man’s glare at all. Quite the contrary he stepped even closer, shamelessly bringing his hand to his lover’s groin to finish what he had started earlier. Ably he pulled down the zipper with one hand, the other popping the button open so that he could tug the jeans down as much as needed. There was this certain urgency in his actions, something Kyo couldn’t quite place.
The smaller man tried to protest at first, wanted to say that he wasn’t that easy and that the guitarist couldn’t just toy with him as he pleased. But then his lips were claimed in a deep, almost bruising kiss, while the other man’s long fingers were laced around the heated flesh of his arousal. The mere touch was enough to make Kyo go boneless with need, his whole consciousness directed towards the heat of the moment. Okay, so maybe he just was that easy. At least when it came to Die.
Each of the touches he received made Kyo tremble, he simply had been yearning for the advances so much that the mere feeling of his lover’s slightly rough fingertips on the heated flesh of his arousal was making his head spin. How the hell could it feel so much better when Die was touching him, compared to when he did it himself? The older man was able to play him as easily as if he had been playing his guitar, gaining exactly the wanted reactions with each able movement of his hands.
Kyo’s world was spinning, his lungs burning for oxygen but he wasn’t willing to break the kiss for that. He was practically trying to suck the needed air from his lover’s lungs, and Die let him do as he pleased. The overall moment was controlled by the older man, easily, but he still allowed the vocalist to have control over the kiss they shared. Without even noticing that he was moving Kyo tangled his fingers in the red strands of hair, pulling the other man closer into the bruising kiss.
It was always the same, yet always different. That was the closest Kyo got to describing what there was between the two of them, what he felt when they allowed the sheer need to take over their actions. He had always been good with words, but his talent constantly failed him when it came to the relationship with his lover, to the sensations he made him go through. He was trembling, his body nearing its limits as the climax crept closer, sneaking around the corner to hit him suddenly with its full force. He cried out loud, the kiss finally breaking as he threw his head backwards, not even noticing that in the movement the back of his head hit the door with force. All that mattered was the sweet release, the bliss that drowned his senses for those few seconds it lasted.
Closing his eyes Kyo allowed himself to focus on the closeness for a moment, on the way their bodies were pressed so closely together and how he could feel the warmth devolve from his lover’s being to him. He already opened his mouth to speak, not really knowing yet if he wanted to thank Die or to yell at him for making him feel so desperate, he just knew he wanted to say something. But the words died on his lips as he could feel the guitarist’s hot breath hit his skin, the low whisper barely audible in the room.
“Don’t even think I would be done with you already.”
Kyo allowed a slow smirk spread over his lips, and without saying a single word he tilted his head enough to claim his lover’s mouth in a deep kiss.

sorry guys reading this but alot of them I did hate...I'm pickyI know this sounds...strange but almost everyone gets Kyo wrong. No matter what story it is, or the pairing. People get Kyo wrong. Yes he has problems but you know...he's still happy ffs.
When I posted my first fic, RukixKyo. I didn't see any until I posted it, the ones that started to pop up afterwards...wow. Kyo putting a gun in Ruki's mouth? I'm sorry but yeah he hates him but...why would he do that? really.

I always try to be careful when saying that someone writes a character 'wrong' since there's no way we can know how they are in reality so any 'wrong' characterization could turn out to be 'right' in the end. But you're right, some of the writers are SO off the hook with their attempts that it's already ridiculous.
My favorite Kyo-character is the one my hunney writes XD She makes him this sarcastic and mean little thing who still has a heart of gold x)

I wouldn't say "wrong" its more of when I read it I think "....they wouldnt do that..." ...as I said I'm picky. I know but its those that go over the top with it. There are people that write and I really like it. Its not many though..
