I've always loved the Austen style, though reading her works kinda scarred my brain initially from all the ridiculously tough use of language and complexity of relationships. :P I tried writing it once and it seems like a mega failure now. But.. moving on.

When I noticed what you were inspired from, I knew this would be good. I rarely read het!fics, but your writing and the plot.. Just.. blew me away..

There are some parts in this, which are so extraordinarily brilliant, so so well written. I applaud you for the realistic approach and I loved how you maintained Gwiboon as the strong protagonist till the end, who didn't have to give in to the realms of the society they dwell in. The characters are lovely, even with all their shortcomings

Gwiboon’s fingers are soft on Minjung’s cheek as she traces her features, brushes over her full lower lip and the narrow arch of her nose. “But I wanted the children. I thought… Changho looks like you. So I figured, if he looks like you… the baby would look like you, too.”

Before, Minjung didn’t know that she could feel overflowing happiness and sheer pain, both at the same time.

~Killed me; this one sentence killed me.

Jinki inclines his head. “We don’t always get what we deserve. Neither do we always know what we deserve. But Minjung.” He waits until she acknowledges him with a slight arch of her brow. “Even when no feelings are shown, it does not mean they do not exist. We hide worlds in our hearts.”

For a second, he looks so sad that it makes Minjung’s heart ache. Then it’s gone, as if it was never there in the first place, and Jinki gives a polite bow. “Now if you’ll excuse me.”

~The depth of this one dialogue, the raw truths that he speaks of.. so politely..

I can't even.. I just.. I ADORE jINKI SO DAMN MUCH IN THIS!!! He's perfect. So so so perfect and pristine and just.. good.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this.
